Louis Gomez Keynote at DML2014 on Networked Improvement Communities

Louis Gomez gave an opening keynote at the Digital Media and Learning Conference on improvement science and networked improvement communities in education. You can watch the archive of the keynote here.

In his keynote, Louis argued for a sharper focus on improving practice. His keynote featured the six principles of improvement research championed by Carnegie, and he described their work's blend of ideas and tools of improvement science and networked improvement communities.

Louis is MacArthur Chair in Digital Media and Learning in the Graduate School of Education and Information Studies at the University of California Los Angeles and Senior Fellow at the Carnegie Foundation for the Advancement of Teaching.
