Developing District Capacity
A key goal of many DBIR projects is to develop the capacity of districts to engage in continuous improvement. An important capacity is engaging in research and development to improve activities designed by districts, which may be informed by research conducted by district researchers, university researchers, or intermediary organizations.
The resources in this section pertain to strategies for using DBIR to support districts' developing capacity for continuous improvement.
