November 2015 RPP Forum: Defining the Focus of Partnership Work

2015

The Research-Practice Partnerships Forum is a monthly webinar series created by the Research + Practice Collaboratory to offer information, strategies, and discussion about partnership experiences. Every third Thursday of the month, the host, Bill Penuel, is joined by a panel of researchers and educators participating in research-practice partnerships around the country to share tools and insights to support new and ongoing collaborations.

In this second forum, "Defining the Focus of Partnership Work," panelists discussed the following:

  • How do partners who bring different strengths, needs, and interests decide on a productive focus for their work together
  • How does this focus change or stay the same over time?

Watch the webinar recording to hear what panelists said about their experiences working together. In addition, see below for helpful resources that each of the panelists shared.
